My experience has convinced me that human beings are resilient and that our capacity for learning allows us to find ways to live more connected to each other, aware of the opportunities we have to develop better.
I lead psychoeducational workshops to empower participants with knowledge and skill development based on psychology, neuroscience, and proven mindfulness practices.

I have been a consultant to leadership teams, parents and teachers. I I have a private counselling practice working with adolescents, adults and parents.
