Psychology at the service of our well-being

In psychology there is much evidence-based research that informs us about practices that promote greater well-being.

How can we promote our health and wellbeing?

Sometimes life can make it challenging  to take care of our own states of health and wellbeing.  We have some advice.

What are the benefits of meditation?

What effects does the use of cell phones and other devices have on my brain?

The human brain adapts and modifies connections to adapt to the conditions in which it has to operate. This allows us to learn useful knowledge and skills for our development and our lives. However, these same mechanisms modify our brain when we are constantly using our devices. Learn how our brain is affected.
